Stowe Recreation Path

I know that this is not a hiking trail, nor is does it have anything to do with hiking. In fact, this is a beautifully paved path that winds its way from the community church in Stowe to the Topnotch parking lot following the West Branch of the Little River. It is a total of 5.3 miles and has a nice gentle slope down to Stowe. This means that after 5 miles of going from Stowe to Topnotch field my thighs started to burn a little and my butt hurt. Angie had a better time with her wide saddle for her "new" bike. This is a good path to take for anyone who just wants a relaxing time outside. Plus, there is an ice cream shop shop across the street from the church.
